Almost half of Australians will face mental illness at some point in their lives. 

This is why at the DFC we believe in being proactive when it comes to mental health, transparent when talking about the benefits of existing mental health treatments, and determined in our effort to cultivate and encourage those critical conversations.

We aim to share our mental fitness philosophy with the wider community.

Our Flagship Mental Fitness Workshop utilises the practices and processes that underpin our elite teams, and aims to teach the community how to train their mental fitness and perform at their best on and off the field.
