As a physiotherapist, I have a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation as well as knee and shoulder conditions. Since graduating in 2024, I have experience across a range of settings, from hands-on treatment to gym-based and hydrotherapy rehabilitation.
I enjoy helping people regain confidence in their movement and achieve lasting results through a balanced, evidence-based approach. In my spare time, I love watching a variety of sports and playing chess.

My journey as an Exercise Physiologist has been incredibly rewarding, shaped by working with a diverse range of clients managing chronic conditions and supporting them to improve their physical fitness and quality of life. I hold a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University, with experience across cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, musculoskeletal, and metabolic conditions.
I love building genuine, personal connections with clients, whether in one-on-one sessions or group settings, and enjoy creating tailored exercise programs that help people feel stronger, more confident, and capable. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me weightlifting or bouldering.
