Classes are held in our 25m pool and are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, water aerobics give you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.

Aqua Aerobics classes in Moorabbin at Danny Frawley Centre operate weekly on Monday 8:15am, Tuesday 8:15am, Wednesday 8:15 and 9:15am, Thursday 6:30pm and Friday 9:15am.
